Terms of sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase goods on and subject to our Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability of the goods and confirmation of price.

Payment

Payment must be effected by either the online ordering cart or by the online ordering form. Full payment is required to be received prior to any goods being shipped for delivery. Prices including delivery are not subject to Goods and Services Tax.

Privacy

Hearing Aid Batteries Australia will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third party or make use of material or information communicated in confidence to them except as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the fulfilling of an order. A copy of our complete Privacy Policy is available on the website. 

Prices

All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Products may change without notice. A delivery charge, according to the quantity being ordered, will be provided on the checkout and payment screen on the website.

Ordering

You are responsible for ensuring you are ordering the product that is right for you. Hearing Aid Batteries Australia does not take any responsibility for a product that you have ordered, including the use or improper use of the product.

If you receive products that are not what you have ordered, please advise us as soon as possible so we can assist in their return and replacement.

We will process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of full payment, subject to stock availability.

If stock is not available at the time of ordering and a delay in shipment of greater than three days will occur, we will advise you.

If you need to cancel an order, please advise us as soon as possible.

Damaged and defective products

If you receive your products and they are damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. Do not further alter the products or packaging.

Returns and refunds

We will happily exchange your product within 30 days of purchase if you ordered the incorrect product. Please note the postage costs to return the product back to us will be at your expense, as will the postage costs to send out the replacement product and any difference in the cost of the replacement product. Also please note that we cannot accept returns on opened products. So please choose carefully before you purchase.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please let us know within 30 days of the purchase and we will happily exchange for another product or provide a refund. If you request an exchange, note the postage costs to return the product back to us will be at your expense, as will the postage costs to send out the replacement product and any difference in the cost of the replacement product. Also please note that we cannot accept returns on opened products. If you request a refund and have ordered more than one card (6 cells), then we may request you return the remaining quantities prior to issuing a refund.
